Thank you to all those who entered our February Pop My Art competition. We received some great shots of friends and loved ones, and only wish we could turn them all into pop art!
After much deliberation, we've narrowed it down to four finalists. Check them out below, and if you have an opinion, vote for your favourite. The photo receiving the most supporting comments will win a free Pascoe Pop Art portrait, printed on canvas and delivered ready-to-hang.

Wow, how much can one expression say with the sound of no voice, number 4 is fab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the colour and the depiction of the Ozzie outback with the trees, great stuff.

I Vote for Pic 4.
Quite clearly to me it's man & nature in relection of past transgressions to land clearing of the Australian bush by white settlement. It's a subtle yet poignant statement about the love of the environment and Australian Bush and the faceless identity of the exploitive process of capitalism and the indiginous people. Makes your hair stand on end . Well done

OMG!! all these pics are so wonderful! i love the character about the first one.. the gorgeous big blue eyes of the bubba =) the 3rd one is really intense, i like it, and the last one is a man in nature, so that i can admire. But if i had to choose id say finalist #1 cos it seems to be reminiscent of good old fun times. This was a pretty hard decision for me, so i cant imagine what all you at pascoe had to go thru just to get it down to the 4!!

The work of art in number two get's my vote. The kid's a natural. She's chilled, she's relaxed and she knows she's cool. An artful representation of untainted innocence; only found in a baby's eyes. Truly an expression of societies penchant for pureness.

the forth photo obeys the rule of thirds and is also in focus. Two definate advantages when taking a good photo. the leading of the eye to the background gives the image an added dimension

Im deciding to give my vote to finalist 1. I have choosen this pic as it has great composition,structure of pushing and pulling the frame.The eyes of the stuning girl leds you through to the crazy ugly guy with the googly eyes give a great depth like the great tale Beauty and the Beast.Along with the lighting I think this pic would make a great Pop art.

My vote is for number four. This piece grabs you from the outset. The layers of meaning flowing from this picture represnt a deep understanding of the human condition. The layered expressions caught in the subject is combined skillfully & cheekily with the symbolism of the native gum tree and clear blue sky. The question the viewer is pressed to ask 'how separte is the modern world/human with the natural environment around us?' when combined with the subjects almost wry smile yet staring eyes is a masterful tongue in cheek comment on today's attitude to the natural environment and the modern condition. Cahllenge the cliché. Great Stuff, keep it coming.
